We maintain a workplace policy configured to protect focus, minimize context switching, and ensure safety and psychological comfort across all physical and remote studio coordinates.
Core Collaboration Window
To support asynchronous collaboration across Tokyo and London timelines, we set a core availability window of 13:00 to 17:00 JST / 05:00 to 09:00 GMT. Sync meetings are kept strictly within these slots.
Deep-Work Protection
We guard flow state. Communications via Slack, linear boards, or emails are expected to be processed asynchronously. Team members are encouraged to mute notification triggers during their deep-work focus slots.
Ergonomic Safety Standard
We require and fund high-end ergonomic desk items. Remote workers receive allowances to verify electrical infrastructure stability, stable workspace layouts, and proper back-support chairs.
Establishing clear boundaries between sync-time, quiet-focus slots, and physical ergonomics is key to preserving the health of our collective and maintaining elite engineering output.
