Operational Covenants

By accessing LUNNA LABSE channels or establishing a consultation booking, you agree to comply with our visual quality parameters, scheduling rules, and intellectual property limits.

1. Project Sync Protocols

Clients must cooperate within our asynchronous guidelines. Any custom source code, 3D models, database schemas, and layout configurations built by LUNNA LABSE during active terms are subject to progressive milestones defined in specific project charters.

2. Intellectual Property Assignation

Upon complete clearing of project expenditures, LUNNA LABSE transfers intellectual property ownership of bespoke client source code. Proprietary laboratory frameworks, dynamic canvas models, and optimization libraries remain the sole property of LUNNA LABSE.

3. Operational Limits

We do not accept liability for service disruptions resulting from edge server adjustments, local GPU configurations, or vector search database downtime. All systems are deployed as-is under SLA targets specified in final master agreements.
