The Challenge
A global architectural collective required a secure, high-fidelity portfolio system to pitch pre-market development blueprints to high-profile HNW clients. Heavy CAD files and 3D drone videos caused massive browser memory leaks and slow speeds on mobile devices.
The Solution
We architected an editorial digital archive. Combining premium, low-contrast wireframe aesthetics with an invite-only password-gated showroom layer. We optimized the rendering pipeline for heavy 3D drone footage and blueprints using high-performance vector coordinate loaders.
Key Measurable Outcomes
Blueprints and drone assets load under 150ms on mobile.
Secure guest view verification layer fully certified.
User retention rate during project pitching sessions rose to 95%.
WebGL-based 3D model viewer running at 60fps with zero memory leaks.
