Hybrid Work &

We operate a flexible hybrid model. We maintain state-of-the-art physical design hubs in London and Tokyo, while fully supporting remote-first configurations for members living outside these coordinates.

Hybrid Operational Model:

  • Physical Hub Access: Hub keycards are provided to all members. Commuter travel credits and chef-prepared healthy meals are sponsored during visits.
  • Co-Working Allowances: If you are fully remote and prefer working outside your home, we cover the monthly expenses of premium local co-working space subscriptions.
  • Geographic Autonomy: Travel and work from anywhere globally for up to 90 days per calendar year. We adjust payroll and tax coordinate structures to assist you.
